    • Who is emiT?

      • emiT is the trading name for the legal entity Viammy Ltd, Company Number 16581671.

    • What confirms my agreement to these Terms?

      • By accessing the website or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, legally capable, and accept these Terms in full.

    • When is a binding contract formed?

      • A binding contract is formed ONLY when your order is dispatched from the warehouse and you receive a dispatch confirmation email from sales@buyemit.com. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

    • Can emiT cancel my order?

      • Yes. emiT reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including failed payment, fraud detection, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

    • If my order is cancelled, how is the refund handled?

      • If emiT cancels the order, a full refund will be issued within 14 calendar days.


    ⌚ II. Product Information & Pricing

    • What products does emiT sell?

      • emiT sells minimalist luxury watches under the emiT brand.

    • Are product images exact?

      • While provided in good faith, colors and minor variations in materials may occur due to screen settings or production, but these do not qualify as grounds for return under the voluntary policy.

    • What currency is used, and is tax included?

      • All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT (currently 20%).

    • What happens if a pricing error occurs?

      • emiT is not obligated to supply products at an incorrect price. You will be contacted to either pay the correct price or receive a full refund.

    • What if a product becomes unavailable after I order?

      • emiT will notify you immediately and offer either a suitable alternative (if available) or a full refund.


    💳 III. Payment Terms, Security & BNPL

    • What payment methods are accepted?

      • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Digital Wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, subject to availability), and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers (subject to availability).

    • When is my payment charged?

      • Funds are pre-authorized when you place the order but are only officially captured (charged) when your order is dispatched.

    • How does emiT verify payments?

      • emiT uses PCI DSS compliant gateways and implements strict fraud prevention, including payment pre-authorization, automated fraud detection, Address Verification (AVS) checks, and 3D Secure (3DS) authentication.

    • Can I be asked for proof of identity?

      • Yes. For fraud prevention, emiT may request additional verification such as Photo ID or Proof of Address. Failure to provide this within 48 hours will result in automatic order cancellation.

    • Who manages the BNPL agreement?

      • When using BNPL, you enter a separate credit agreement with the BNPL provider, not with emiT. emiT is not responsible for BNPL fees, interest, rejections, or credit score impacts.

    • How are international currency charges handled?

      • All transactions are in GBP (£). Your bank or card issuer determines the exchange rate and any conversion fees; emiT is not responsible for these charges.


    📦 IV. Consumer Rights & Returns

    • What is the standard cancellation period?

      • Your statutory right is to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days starting the day after you receive the goods.

    • Is there an extended returns policy?

      • Yes, emiT offers a voluntary 30-day returns window for customer convenience.

    • What are the key conditions for a return?

      • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. The watch strap must show no signs of wear, creasing, or stretching, and all original packaging must be included.

    • Who pays for the return postage?

      • You are responsible for the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by emiT.

    • What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

      • You must contact sales@buyemit.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the issue. emiT will arrange a free replacement or provide a prepaid return label for a full refund.

    • How long does a refund take?

      • Refunds are issued within 5 business days of return approval, with bank processing taking an additional 3–5 business days.


    🌍 V. Delivery, Security & Compliance

    • Who pays international customs fees and taxes?

      • International customers are responsible for all Customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT imposed by their destination country.

    • What happens if a parcel is confirmed delivered but is missing (e.g., porch theft)?

      • If tracking shows “Delivered,” emiT is generally not responsible for losses, but they will assist you with the courier investigation.

    • Is my personal data protected?

      • Yes, Viammy Ltd is the data controller and is compliant with UK GDPR. You have rights to Access, Rectification, and Erasure of your personal data by emailing sales@buyemit.com.

    • What is emiT’s Money Laundering (AML) policy?

      • emiT complies with UK AML regulations and may conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on suspicious transactions, request proof of identity, and report suspicious activity to the National Crime Agency (NCA).

    • Who owns the intellectual property?

      • Viammy Ltd owns or licenses all Intellectual Property (IP), including the “emiT” brand name, logos, designs, and content. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

    • Which country’s laws govern these Terms?

      • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
